hey guys im in need of some help.i have a 92 twinturbo and have done some mods but its not getting the power.i dont know if it has a boost leak but it bearly pulls.i got on there jwt single pop charger,hks hyper exhaust,magan down pips,and test pips no cats,na rear end boost controler and supositly a jwt thats wat my so called machanic said.i think i got riped of big time.i also have jwt clutch.im stumped i had it on the dyno and all i got was 250 to the wheels thats worse than stock.does my timming has anything to do with it?pleas help.
